Engraving Service

Most glassware and serving sets are suitable for engraving.  The price for two lines of text is $8 per item being engraved.  

The second item in any set can be engraved for $4.00 (e.g. engraving only the knife or server costs $8.00 for two lines of text.  Engraving both the knife and the server costs $12.00 total).

A monogram can replace the first line of text for no additional cost.  Logos are also available for $5.00 per individual item being engraved.

The above prices will be charged to your credit card as a separate charge after your order has been placed and the engraver receives your information.

If the engraver specifies that too much text have been sent, we will notify you if any additional charge that is required.  We will also inform you if the engraving can’t be done, due to layout space constraints or other issues.

Engraving, will add 3 to 6 business days to your order and you should verify that you would have enough time to receive your order.  Engraved items will be shipped with all other product you have ordered at the same time.

Please provide the following information.

1. First line of text.  For example: Mary and Jack (traditionally Brides name comes first)
   
   If you prefer a monogram or a logo instead of the first line of text, please choose between the following styles:
   
      Monogram style: M1, M2, M3
   
      Logo style: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10
    
   Monogram and Logo styles are given below.
    
2. Second line of text.  For example: April 25^th, 2010
    
3. Choose the text font style: L1, L2 or L3 (see below)
    
4. Do you prefer engraving on both items of a set, or only on one item?  If only one item, please give the product item number to eliminate any chance of error.

We must receive your information in writing (email), and not over the phone, as refunds on personalization items can only be given if our engraver makes a mistake.

Engraving requests or requests to hold orders for engraving, must be received within 4 hours to guarantee the shipment will be held for engraving.

Note: Our designers will use their discretion when placing your engraving in the space available.

Example Engraving Request

The following is an example of the information we need to fulfill and order form engraving.

Hello

My order number is: W1000567

My Email Address is: gettingmarriedsoon@yahoo.com

I would like both the knife and server set Item # W7054 engraved please.

I would like a monogram on line one:

The initials for the Monogram are SDF and we would like monogram   style M3. 

On line two, we would like the date: May 5^th, 2009

We would like the font style L3, for the date.

Text and Fonts

Choose between three different font styles. Line style L1 (Contemporary) is not recommended for any silver plated items).  

The price is $8.00 per single item, or $12.00 for two items in a set. (e.g. a knife and server would count as two items, if you preferred the text on both the knife and the server).  

Additional lines of text can be printed on some items, subject to space constraints.  Extra lines of text cost $4.00 per line for each individual item.  Each line of text is limited to 35 characters maximum.

A monogram can be engraved instead of the first line of text at no additional cost per item.

Logos

Choose between 10 different logo styles.  The cost per Logo is $5.00 per individual item (e.g. a knife and server would count as two items, if you preferred the logo on both the knife and server).  

When the logo is combined with lines of text, the text is printed below the Logo, with the exception of A6, were the text is printed above the logo.  

Logos cannot be combined with monograms on the same item.
